Meriggio is a rare Super-Tuscan white wine from the Fontodi wine estate in Chianti Classico. Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Trebbiano, the grapes were harvested from organically farmed vines planted on a north facing slope. Mostly fermented and aged in stainless steel tank, a small amount was aged in clay amphora.
