Elijah Craig Beer Barrel Finish is the delicious result of three barrels originally charred and used to age Bourbon that then started a second life with our friends at Goose Island aging award-winning Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. Finally, the barrels traveled back to Kentucky where they were yet again filled with fully matured Elijah Craig Small Batch for nine months. The influence of the beer makes for a truly distinctive Bourbon, with spectacular notes of rich chocolate, a touch of oak and a hint of vanilla.
