Casks: New French Oak, ex-Bourbon first/second fill
On the nose: Characterized by notes of fresh malt, white-fleshed fruits (peach and pear), nuts and delicate wood.
On the palate: First, we taste aromas of sweet almonds and flax seeds, emphasized then by flavors of linden, vanilla and dry fruits. Natural sweetness. Freshness and smoothness fill the palate.
