A hint of mint adds an interesting component to the flavor profile. Vinified in stainless steel to allow maximum fruit expression, the wine is refined on the fine lees for 3 months. Although bottle aged for an additional 6 months, this wine remains fresh. A savory wine to enjoy with a meal.
