50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.Spontaneous co-fermentation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, no topping up of barrels to give the wine light exposure to oxygen. Aging 11 month elevage in barrel, no malo. Battonage every three days, capitalizing on the lies as an antioxidant and protector of the wine. Unfined and unfiltered; 20 months sur lattes; 3 gr/L dosage.
