K Vintners 2019 Upland Vineyard Cattle King Syrah

Named after Ben Snipes, the original homesteader cattle baron of Snipes Mountain. Ben grazed cattle in Yakima Valley and drove them to Canada. He was the ultimate Cattle King. This is the only wine Charles produces that comes from Upland Vineyard (in Snipes Mountain).

No giving up here. Rough and tumble with a sweet caress. Black cherry, black olive, lavender, and forest floor release with unbelievably seamless tension into blueberry, wild berries, grilled bread, and uncanny length. Truly a legend! Winemaker Charles Smith
