With the new generation in charge, the brothers gave it their modern twist – fine tuning a solar powered system which fuels the entire operation. Still true to its original way of distilling, the process is completely artisanal, with double distillation in copper alembics.
- The Pradera’s terroir seeps into this spirit very distinctively, imparting notes of hay, leather and a lingering taste of burnt corn.
