Dry Fly Cask & Release Ecliptic Brewing Beer Barrel Finished

Every angler knows why Catch & Release is important. Sustainability, bigger fish, and healthier population. Its this spirit weve adopted with our Cask & Release series. We release our used whiskey barrels into the wild to be conditioned by Northwest-made craft beer. We then take these barrels back and refill them with the same whiskey that had once called them home. Craft collaboration done right.

While at Ecliptic Brewing, these barrels housed a Scotch style ale with notes of chocolate, cherries, oak, and vanilla, a smooth, rich beer at 10.5%.
