Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouthis a Spanish vermouth with amahogany red colorandrich aromaof ripe blackberry, cassis, dried cherry, even a tart cranberry note1.It has abittersweet palatethat echoes the nose and exits with light bitterness, including gentian, grapefruit pith, and just the faintest espresso tinge.It isaged for 12 months in brandy barrels, which give it consistency and character.It ishighly aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit.It isperfect as an everyday aperitif or an early evening drink.
