Two years after its disgorgement, the is starting to show the first signs of aromatic development. I expect the will have a shorter maturation curve than some of the other wines in this range, but it is also exceptionally polished and expressive today. This release is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, with 8% still Pinot. Dosage is 7.5 grams per liter.
