Plantation Fiji Grand Terroir Vintage Edition 2009 750ml

Distilled at the South Pacific Distillery in Fiji, this incredible rum sees 7 years of bourbon cask aging in Fiji followed by 2 years of Continental elevage in Ferrand Cognac casks. It’s the product of a 4-5 day fermentation and a combination of pot and column distillate. There is zero color or sugar added. The result is a special rum with an intense fruity nose and a lovely oily/buttery texture. It’s rich and laced with spice, tropical fruits, and bits of cocoa. The finish lingers for minutes.
