This Single Malt whiskey, originated in Midleton in 2002, matured in bourbon barrels, sees its final stages of maturation in French Limousin Oak – a novel approach for this distillery. The result is a delicate dance of light perfume notes, dry barley, and the sweet subtlety of ice cream cone wafer. 92 Proof (46% ABV).
