- Terroir:Chtillon de Haut is a Grand Cru parcel in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Pure, iodized chalk, streaked with colluvial limestone-chalk formations.
- Viticulture:Organic (in conversion as of 2019), with biodynamic methods (since 2021).
- Vinification:Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with no added SO2, aged 10 months with 40% in 600-liter barrels and 60% in stainless steel tank. No fining, no filtration.
Wine arrives late December, 2024.
