VINIFICATIONVinified in oak barrels, many of which are made from trees from the surrounding Fossoy forest. No malo, unfined and unfiltered.AGINGAged 10 months in 228L oak barrels, then sur lattes in bottle for approximately 34 months. Unfined and unfiltered; zero dosage. Disgorged September 2020
