Our Sloe Boat Gin has been made by steeping wild-harvested sloe berries for 6 months in our Double Gin.We finish the process by adding a wild Fermanagh honeysuckle syrup which gives a more balanced and natural sweetness.The carefully crafted balance of flavours brings harmony to this spirit – intense plum, almond and berry fruitiness from the sloes and soft sweetness from the honeysuckle accompanied by our juniper-forward Double Gin – giving you the perfect mix of dry, sweet and tart.One of the joys of sloe gin is to sip it neat, gently warming in the cold winter months.
