This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with utmost care, sourcing grapes from select Cakebread Cellars Estate ranches and esteemed family-owned vineyards spread across the valley’s finest Cabernet Sauvignon appellations. The winery’s enduring partnerships with growers ensure a consistent supply of premium fruit from diverse sites, enabling the creation of a stylistically refined and intricate Cabernet. This masterful blend unites the opulent black fruit and robust tannins synonymous with the valley’s warmer northern districts, harmoniously merging them with the lively fruit and refreshing acidity characteristic of the cooler southern climates.To guarantee the highest quality, each individual lot of fruit is meticulously hand-harvested at night and undergoes a cold-soak for two days before fermentation, enhancing the extraction of early color, flavor, and tannins.
