Tasting Notes

Chapel Down’s Bacchus is a crisply dry white wine with lovely fruit and floral flavours intertwined with refreshing citrus notes. It is clear here that English Wine making has come a very long way in the last decade with quality improving in leaps and bounds. This is undoubtedly the UK’s wine answer to Sauvignon Blanc if you would like a comparison and haven’t heard of Bacchus before (you won’t be alone!).
