Establishment Sky Rocket

Most things get better the more that you work on them, and Sky Rocket is no exception. Now in its sixth incarnation (and counting), Sky Rocket is Establishments vehicle for hop experimentation. Its always a juicy, hazy New England Pale Ale, but the hop character is different every time. They make sure to cram as many of whatever they use in this beer, however. Take your chances, and if you like it (you will), make sure to grab another 4-pack, because it wont be around long.
