This rum is produced in the Distillerie du Simon. It is made from sugar cane juice. After distillation, this blend matures in oak barrels made of Bourbon wood from the USA and barrels made of Limousin oak from France. The rum then matures for at least 6 years in the Caribbean climate.

– Gold in 2013 at the Concours General Agricole in Paris.
– Gold in 2007 at the Concours Mondial in Brussels.
