AGING: French Oak barrels. DESCRIPTION: One sip of this elegant and full bodied wine will transport you to Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico where the sun-drenched vineyards yield the finest grapes in Baja California. Tropical aromas of banana, pineapple, green apple are outstanding. Also present are hints of sourdough toast, pecan pie, roasted hazelnuts, and a hint of cinnamon. It has a soft and velvety body leading to a polished finish on the palate. It is dry & balanced with crisp acidity and a full structure. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Seafood Paella, roasted chicken, creamy pasta primavera, grilled salmon on a Cedar plank, crabcakes and lobster rolls all make for a delicious pairing.
