We distilled our first barrels of Helderberg Big Box Bourbon in 2017. Crafted from the LaGrange Farms bloody butcher dent cornan old-style heirloom grain thats been grown in the United States since 1845this bourbon packs a signature flavor thats easy to recognize whether youre sipping in New Scotland or on the other side of the world.

Aged for five long years in homage to the traditional production methods borrowed from our compatriots in Kentucky, we havent cut a single corner in ensuring that this particular brand lives up to the promise of its inspiration (read the label!)
