It is made in a small distillery in Vedra, close to Santiago de Compostela, with spirit from the local Albarino grape and 11 botanicals ingredients (6 from Galicia) including juniper, sage, samphire, tea, ginger and hibiscus giving a uniquely fresh and aromatic character.
