Tasting Notes

Beautifully complex and rich aromatics of bright cassis and ripe red fruit jump out of the glass upon first encounter. This wine opens with bright raspberry, softening through the mid-palate with notes of toffee, cocoa, and crme brulee. The soft and smooth mouth feel paired with finegrained tannins effortlessly round out this young and serious, yet remarkably approachable cabernet.
