The Silent Pool distillery was once founded by a few friends, in Albury Estate in the Surry Hills. This distillery is located right next to the mystical Silent Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring waters.

Silent Pool Gin is a classic gin and contains 24 botanicals carefully selected for their uniqueness. These botanicals provide a romantic and complex flavor to Silent Pool Gin. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are complemented by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb wood. The smooth finish is achieved with the addition of local honey. Refreshingly individual, cleverly executed gin. It is recommended to serve it with plenty of ice, a shot of tonic and an orange peel.
