The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey

The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is our answer to a bold and rich American style whiskey, made in Australia using single-sourced grain and Melbournes dynamic climate to produce a unique rye whiskey unlike any other. It is full of flavour and spice, a deep and complex whiskey that reveals more of itself as you sip. Its perfect on the rocks, or in old-school whiskey-forward cocktails.

FLAVOUR NOTES:

Full-flavoured rye with medium body and intensity, it perfectly balances the rye spice and vanilla oak influence.

NOSE: Buttery dark rye bread, with hints of spice and light toffee.

PALATE: Caramel vanilla, sweet allspice, clove, pepper and green apple.

FINISH: Dried red fruit and crme caramel, with woody spices.

HOW TO DRINK: Drink neat, on the rocks or as a great base to a Red Hook or Old Fashioned cocktail.
