As a member of the esteemed Yamazaki family, this epitome of Japanese whisky is produced in the country’s oldest and original malt distillery, established in 1923. “Yamazaki” translates to “mountain cape”, reflecting its distinctive location nestled among a series of forest-clad mountains. The bottle’s design acknowledges Yamazaki as the birthplace of Japanese Whisky, employing rich copper hues to mirror the historic distillery, and serves as a constant homage to our history.
